QuickAnswers

You can get help from a librarian through the QuickAnswer platform. Just type in the question you have, and if there is no answer available to your question, click the Submit your Question button and fill out the form. For more information on the QuickAnswer platform including directions on how to submit a question, see the QuickAnswers tip sheet.

Troubleshooting Guide

If you have gone through the library's Troubleshooting Guide but nothing works, you can submit the help form for further assistance.

**Please note that once a question is submitted via email, QuickAnswers, or the Troubleshooting Guide, it will be answered by a librarian within one business day. To better assist you, please provide us with as much detail as possible so we can make sure that we understand exactly what you need.
