You should use the library’s troubleshooting guide when you are unable to access the library’s web pages, databases, or an article in the collection due to a technical issue. These issues can include, but are not limited to:

  • Error Messages – when you receive a message such as “This is login.htm from the docs subdirectory,” or “A System Problem has Occurred.”
  • Blank screen - when nothing will load.
  • PDF problems – when a PDF document won’t load.
  • Pop-ups – when you can’t access the library and ads keep popping up.
  • Random characters and symbols – these may occur after running a search.

If nothing in the guide works fill out the help form at the bottom of the page and someone from the Library will get back to you within one business day.

You can access the guide by clicking this hyperlinked troubleshooting guide here or above, or by clicking Having Technical Issues? on the Library’s homepage located in the right portion of the page.
