You will be emailed a lesson summary at the conclusion of your tutoring session, as long as your session with a tutor is 5 minutes or longer. If you do not see a lesson summary from TutorMe, check your spam or junk folder in your email. This is a screenshot of what your lesson summary will look like.
To download your chat transcript, you will want to click on the link to the past lesson:
After clicking the link in your email, you will be brought to the past lesson space. Click the Export link.
You can then Save the chat transcript to your computer:
To see all your past lessons, you can also go directly to your TutorMe account. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner.
Click on Past Lessons in the dropdown menu.
Find the Past Lesson that you wish to retrieve a transcript for and click the corresponding View button.
