The library does not maintain, troubleshoot, or operate Office 365 student accounts or student email accounts.
How can I get help?
If you are having trouble with Office 365 or your student email, here are some instructions from the people at tech support.
1. Make sure that you are logging in using this address: https://portal.office.com.
2. Double-check to make sure you are using your student email address as your username - you can find what this is in your Student Portal
3. The password is your Student Portal password.
4. If your student portal password does not work, reset your password through the STUDENT PORTAL PASSWORD RESET TOOL that you can access by clicking "Need help signing in?" then "Forget password?" on the student portal sign-in page.
5. If this doesn't work, call the Student Tech Support line: 800-285-9796.
