If your class mentions that a course reading is located in the Ebook Central (ebrary) database, or if you want to see if we have a particular title in our collections, you can access this information for free through the Ebook Central database in the library's collection.
To get to Ebook Central
1. Click on the Ebooks button located below the Library OneSearch box.
2. Select Ebook Central (formerly ebrary) from this list.
From here, you can search for a specific title in Ebook Central one of two ways.
Basic Search
You can put a portion of the title into the search box located on the top of the page, then click on the search button.
Then scan through the results for your title.
Advanced Search
1. Click on the Advanced Search link under the search box on the Ebook Central home page.
2. Enter the title in the second search box labeled Title.
Through Ebook Central, you will be able to read your book while in the library and print sections of the book.
Ebook Central also provides free software you can use to download an entire ebook for up to 180 days. Click on the Download Book button and follow the guided steps.
