Finding Law Cases

While databases such as EBSCOhost, ProQuest, JSTOR and Project Muse may have articles that discuss a case, they typically do not have the actual case or the wording of federal or state court rulings. Nexis Uni is our database for finding law cases.

To get to Nexis Uni:

1. Click on the More button located under the Library OneSearch box.

Yellow box around More button library homepage.

2. At the top of the page, you will see a list of databases by type. Click on Case Law.

3. Select the link for Nexis Uni.

Once you have accessed Nexis Uni select the Legal link near the top of the page and proceed to search for legal cases.
